We get ill when we expect more than we can get when we rely more on others and less on ourselves when the material world becomes more important than the real meaning of life.

We should need to learn to be thankful for what we have, it’s never enough because it’s easy to get used to material things and they don’t make us happy anymore, we think, if you get something new it will bring happiness back, but it’s not true, it will make us happy for a moment and at the end, if you continue to think this way, it will never be enough.

It’s very important to figure out, what really matters and what is real. To find another way to feel happy, not for a day or two, but forever.
